As mentioned, aside from physical clearances that may need to be checked, there's no problems in running 10:46 or 11:46 gearing. My Kyosho DBX also has a 43:13 diff ratio and I'm currently running 13:46. I plan to run 16:46 as I want a bit more top speed (seems to be around 32mph right now). My mount on the DBX is a custom hack job by me so I can adjust it as much as I'd like. It did require some cutting here and there though to get those physical clearances to allow me to run certain pinions.
I like riverrat's suggestion about the HB 43:10 R&P if they fit.
