If it rubs, grind out the chassis so that it not longer rubs. Wont hurt anything.....

I ordered the RX8 to replace the MMM which is on it's way to Castle

I'm hoping the Tekin will give me a similar experience to other users

OK, the RX8 is in & looks very nice...haven't run it other than a few laps around the backyard

I love the ability to tune in-situ without having to drag the laptop around. I got the software also, so that's the next step before a good solid proving run

I'll post some pics soon

I gave the RX8 a very light run last night, it's very smooth with the Neu, no cogging to speak of

I'm having trouble running the software though, I updated the firmware but it won't let me open & just prompts me to update. I may be retarded but this seems a problem...tips anyone?

Looking forward to some real runs this weekend

Well I gave into temptation & bought a big battery the other day...speed runs are the plan. Sorry about the poor image, I only had my phone with me

I knew how big the G3 6S 6500 was when I bought it but I must admit I was still surprised by the dimensions & weight when I opened the box

I've only given it one light run after swapping springs (f/grey, r/purple) & it handled better than I expected...it'll never work well on a track but speed runs & bashing in wide open areas it will be fantastic

Think I'll be employing an Eagle Tree before I get too serious about the speed runs though

Yup, that is big! lol And heavy too... 1000 g.

That pack should provide more power than you could ever use... I like it.
I am running twin 3s 4200mah G3 packs in my racing revo and they are wicked. I feel like throwing my other 25C enerland based packs away. They feel like a 6.5s pack compared to the enerlands.

Nice build.

Nice job, I just grabbed a 2.0 and started tearing the rotten nitro parts off, and will be using my pletty/schulze as long as the pletty isn't to long at 80mm. I really like your angled plugs too! Great job!

Thanks guys

Well more torture testing last weekend also...took a few days & went bashing in hot conditions with an 8ight buggy & ERBE

I still use my 'little' TP 4S packs for jumping etc so they had a lot of use on the MX tracks we had access to...perfectly balanced, long floaty flights (60'-80' length) doing doubles downhill, tight powerdown jumps uphill...gradient was +/- 35 degrees

I ran the 6S in the short grass paddocks after putting a few 5S packs through prior. I really like the 6S (especially after a quick suspension tweak) & although I was conservative with throttle EPA & gearing, it is monumentally quick & forget about run times - not even a consideration!

By the time we had the triangle course pegged out in the paddock the ERBE had literally gone up in flames so it was down to the buggy/truggy battle, with truggy coming home the winner in contest & reliability also

Gotta say, I love this thing!
