Problem downloading version 3:16

Hey guys iam having a problem downloading the new version 3-16.I all ready
had v 3-13 but my computor went down the other day and had to do a restore.When that was finished i click on the castle site,and it said faulty error! So i tryed to download the new version,and it said i need to down
load Mircosoft version 2.0 Netware to run the program,what is this, it says
you need to download to run program.Need help i know nothing about
computor's.When caslte came out with there first program,i did not have
to download anthing but what was on there site.Then it said somthing about
downloading someting call prerequistsite?What does this all mean?

I had same kind of trouble when i tried to download it too. I try several time and finally all was fine.
Don't know why, but my computer finnaly accept it
