I just put my connector, end up, in a vice. I then take a small flat screwdriver and place it on the end of the connector bar, and gently tap it with a hammer, and it will push right out of the other end. Very very simple.

Just take note of which side you solder the wire to, because one side of the blade has teeth, and the other side doesn't. Teeth side go down into the housing. Also, make sure that when you solder the wire to the blade, you don't go any farther than the line indicated on the blade, and try not to allow solder to cross that line either. If you get too much solder on there, you'll have problems getting it all the way in. And if your blade gets bent, or has any solder on it, you'll have a really hard time pushing it thru also.

Sometimes after it's pushed in as far as I can get it, if not all the way, I'll put it in a vice, this time where the wire goes into the connector, and gently tap it into place with the screwdriver and hammer.

It's very very easy.

Again though.. you have to watch how much solder you use, and you can't be messy with it. I've found that of all the connectors, these are the trickiest to get just right. You also have to make sure that your wire is aligned straight with the blade too.
