Here's my 2 suggestions if you want to get the new Hyperions

5500

6500

EDIT: By the way, you can never have too much battery amperage available. More than enough equals cooler batteries.

Yes Dirtdiver, get the G3 packs, I have a 6s 4200mah 35C pack and it knocks the $#!t out of your @$$.

Get the 6500mah pack, IMO, should provide you with 20+ mins of hard bashing or racing. You won't believe the power from these things, your 8T will come alive. GUARANTEED!

I know the higher the amps the cooler the battery will be,but the higher the amps,
the higher the price.Trying to save a little money for other things, but can i get away
with a 5000 mah 30c battery,and still run a cool setup?

FYI, the LVZ 30C pack is not a G3 pack. The G3's currently only come in CX (25C) and VX (35C).

The VZ Hyperion is the old gen packs, which you can get for some steal deals from aircraft-world.com on the 'clearance' items. Definitely good packs, but in the long run, you are better off getting the G3 35C packs, actually underrated relatively compared to the 'old' C ratings, they can be charged 5C (have done so myself), and they claim that the G3's last 4x longer (cycle life).

But if you want to spend a little less get the VZ 4500mah 5s pack, and gear it lower than you would with 4s, will run great! They are $114 right now!

The voltage is fine for a MMM and the C rating of a lipo can never be too high.

With the 35-43C lipos out now will I notice a big difference between them?

Absolutely! Your wallet will have a gaping hole in it!

The 5S 4400mAh PolyRC is $269.95.

A 5S 4200mAh Hyperion G3 VX is $165.95.

That's a huge difference for an additional 8C and 200mAh more capacity.

I understand you perfect! That is why I plan to run the G3s and your price comparison was the reason for my question.

You will not be disappointed.
