I have known OverRevo for years and let me tell you he is a stand up guy. Not a bullshitter by no means.

Don't know if you've tried this, but since you are primarily aiming for top speed, how about converting to 2WD? That would reduce weight from the diff and three driveshafts, not to mention the extra drag from the diff. Maybe even remove the wing assembly for even more weight reduction. All that should be good for a few hundred grams, which may make the difference between 91.2mph and 95mph. Definitely dial in lots of punch control or use very gentle throttle control to avoid spinning out.

And if you do run 2WD, maybe try FWD. That should make it less apt to do donuts on take-off, no wheelies, and still have pretty good brakes. If you make it RWD, brakes would be like having e-brakes only.

Anyway, just something to try...

Thats something we may try, it would be FWD , i just dont know if it will have the traction to get up there fast enought... sshould be interresting to see :)

The wing is a must otherwise the rear end want to go ahead lol
We should have new devellopment soon.

Thx for bringing some ideas, always welcomed! :)

Mike
