Hi Guys,

just tought i ask you guys for some help.
did already emailed RC-mike, great service so far!

here goes:
-placed an order here at the store on the 19th of July
-payed with paypal
-didnt know at the time mike was away for some days, so after about a week i did get the confirmation mail about the payment.
- i also got an email from usps with a tracking numder in it.
stated the following:

Label/Receipt Number: CV00 8208 749U S
Class: Priority Mail International Parcels
Service(s): International Parcels
Status: International Dispatch

Your item left the United States from FOREIGN CENTERJERSEY CITY NJ 099 at 5:46 PM on July 28, 2009. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later

Detailed Results:
International Dispatch, July 28, 2009, 5:46 pm, FOREIGN CENTERJERSEY CITY NJ 099
Arrival
Electronic Shipping Info Received, July 23, 2009

its now august the 4th and with the postservice in my country there is still no record of its arrival.

should i be worried?

No - all should be ok... It is all in the hands of the PO - It relies on the local PO now updating the tracking and then letting US know... Fingers crossed for the Dutch post office...

You hit Mike just as he went away and then the RCM annual bash was on the 26th which didn't help...

yup youre right, that didnt help also, but im not putting out any blame on mike here, hence, he send the package and its out of his hands now.

he already mailed me back with some reassuring info.

just looking for some people with more experience with usps. when the package IS in the Netherlands, i can deal with it from here.

anyway thx Arctik for the fast reply :), hoping to get my truggy done before summer ends..lol.

just letting you know, package arrived yesterday on 17th of august. finally :)

dindt got home yet, so have to unpack all the things inside.

oh customs here in the netherlands had kept the package for a frickin 10 days!

also had to pay the mail man about 70 dollars for the abroad shipping, pfew...

FYI - Express mail costs a little more, but is significantly better service with superior spee and tracking. Customs is still customs, but Express usually streamlines the entire process. Glad you reeived the package finally, though. :)

Damn! Do they at least provide some type of lubricant when they stick it to you like that?

nope, its pants down... and pay.

otherwhise the package will be returned to sender.

there is in fact a fairly good change ,if the order ammount is small, it will slip trough customs and we dont have to pay anything. but no luck this time... :(
