OMG hub bearing.......... anyways, the blazer tires is realy too big, but 1/8 scale buggy seam to be fine.

Yea, the 1/8 scales are perfect on it I thunk. Dont look to big and they work awesome on them. I have been using them on mine for about 2 months or so know. I love them. Will never go back to stock size.

I have been using Slash adapters until these come out. They have a little slop from the hole being a little to big but its not that bad.

OK good, but i think i'll wait for the FLM one. I'am to order some tires and wheel for my crt.5, but i want to wait for the adapter, because i've a lot of 1/8 buggy wheel and tires sitting here

If I were you I would wait also. The 1/8 buggy wheels/tires change it altogether.

I opened up the holes on the adapter a hair, shimmed them up to the hub and ran half a 3s pack through the crt.5 So far so good!

I will hopefully be done early enough to have some daylight to run today, if not tomorrow. These tires really do help the handling and the slight drop in unsprung weight seems noticable in the suspension action.

did you youse a 3/16 drill bit to do so bc thats what flm told me to do , i just have to find the bit laying around somewhere to try. Any pic's yet ill post some as soon as soon as mine are done Thanks

Ya I think thats what I used. Whatever was pretty much the size it should have been, but im guessing there were just some burrs in there. Could have almost just spun the bit by hand (meaning I did not go to town with the dewalt set on 3 lol).

Ok today i drilled mine out using a 3/16th bit and the pin hole also a little bit , they fit pretty snug , there is a gap between them as shown in picture , is this ok ? , also do i need to put something over the pin that goes between the axle and adapter bc they snapped in pretty tightly?
heres pics any suggestions or am i good to throw some tires on and test them.?

Well I tested them real quick and the pin fell right out of two of the axles and are lost , i took some pin's from my slash and used those now , they are a tad shorter but the thickness is the same. I also found some little metal things that goa round the pin to hold them on. Put those on and they appear that they can fly off easily but for my test run they held. Initial impressions are there is too much slop and play between where the bearing is and the adapter. The front wheels wobble and the rears do a little bit also. Not sure how i can fix this ?? if anyone know's . Everyone is def. gonna love the increased ride height as i did . It actually felt a little faster also if that sounds weird at all , but the extra ride height was great , i can tell on the track though the wheels and tires or adapters are gonna break something so the play and slop needs a solution. This was only a 5 minute test up and down the street.

Ya you def need to shim up the adapters so there is no slop!

If they are a taller tire, your pick up will be slower but top end will be more speed...sorry, cant help you with the shims...
