I went from 5s2p A123 to 7s2p/7s1p then to 6s lipo, each step up my temps went down drastically, well especially when going from 5s to 7s A123. Tons more power too... this is in a 1512/3D(1700kv.)... runs VERY cool now, at the track, usually runs around 115F after a 30 min. MAIN in ~80F weather. Weird I know!?

Really, 6s lipo is enough to keep current levels down to a safe limit, PERSONALLY... but I still have a desire to go higher in the future, say 12s.

well geez. i meant normal running setup for me, common sence tells ya that you would need to re-gear for whatever speed ya had or want. both are about 40 mph. 13/46 with the 2200. 16/46 with the 1550. anything else i can clear up? lol. speedo usually ran about 150-160 after mains and such with the 1y. now the mmm runs at a cool 102 even after a 20 min main! i likey
