The Nue will. As nitrostarter pointed out, the Neu 1515 should be just as powerful as a Feigao 580L. The 580L is NOT worth the money for car applications, believe me... I had to find out the hard way.

The only time a 580L is even remotely worth the money is in a boat when you can pump ~40 degree water around it at all times to keep the thing from going supernova. Neu motors are simply incredible, I've owned 3 and they never cease to amaze me.
All I ever wanted was an honest weeks pay for an honest days work.

+1
They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

Why do you ask- what is your application and intended purpose? Context is everything...

With proper cooling the 580L should be able to produce more watts than a 1515. Now you will not be able to get proper cooling for the 580L in a vehicle so that point is moot. I have a feeling the 1521 will produce more power due to its greater efficiency and will run cooler at those power levels. I have run plenty of 1521 and 1515 motors, and find they are the best you can get for heavier road/track vehicles.
For the sport boater the 580l is a decent alternative to a more expensive neu. Keep in mind the water cooling will keep the motor temps in an acceptable range, and the only down side will be shorter runtimes due to the lower efficiency compared to a neu.
So bottom line is that the 580l is a poor choice for a vehicle, the castle 2200 motor can be had for similar cost, and will perform better in just about any setup.

A 1515 would run fine. but a 1521 would run that much cooler.

depends how you gear it. probably get 150km/h out of it... wont go very quick though.
i had a savage xl running the castle neu 2200 on 6s zippy cells. geared to 40mph was more than it needed and nothing warmed up significantly.
