Is any one has info on the cen diff upgrade, could you post links here. I have looked through the thread and cannot find the info I need.

But I wouldn't go for Cenns now the HPI Bulletproof Diffs are out and they are selling for only $25 per set. Only heard positive stories so far. People say they are almost like Cen Diffs only with better machining quality (HPI > Cen).
I'm currently also running the Cenn Diffs because the stock diff pinions broke (both front and rear at the same time) and they are holding up fine so far.

The HPI diff does not come with the spider gears and that is the weak link in mine. Have never broke the actual diff gears yet.

The think I like about the Cens are the spider gears are much harder and stronger than the HPI ones. The pinion and ring are cast tho, and not machined like the HPIs.
The diff ratios are different as well. You shouldn't need to shim the HPIs so much like the CENs then also.
Depends on all you are looking for, but the new HPI gears are a very welcome upgrade
The one nice thing about the cen ring and pinion is your shim job doesn't have to be perfect. You can get away with a little play vs the XL stockers. Any play left in the stock setup and there goes another 13 dollars for a 13t pinion. I finaly threw away all the broken ones I had lined up like dead solders. The only problem so far was my screws backing out of the cup and breaking off. I need to get a new cup, I've been using a plastic diff cup from one of my rcs so I could get my Savage fix. A little more time to let the loc-tite set probably would have helped. Sound like the new HPI cup are a reasonable price and nothing to mod either.

How close was the fit? They seemed just a bit off when I modded mine, but don't recall exactly. If I could put the hpi R&P on the Cen diff I would (assuming I break mine anytime soon)
The holes needed to be oblonged (is that a word?) out so the screw would sit flush but once that was done the screws went in straight. The ring gear is real tight on the cup I ran the dremel and a grinding stone around the XL cup a couple times so it was easier to install. They fit into the bulkhead without any modificiation.
