You could always do mail order. I know of store that ends with Monster and starts with RC, I hear they sell such things as "Neu"
But seriously, that motor should work just fine, it just won't have as much torque or power as the Neu or Medusa you mentioned. A Medusa 50mm or a Neu 1506 would be better, and not too much more money (unless you already own one).
