Good grief! That 2025 motor would make a good e-bike motor and would probably carry my fat butt around, let alone an r/c!

Linc's right; I was thinking of something a bit smaller. Basically a line of motors in between the CM36 series and the 15xx series. Medusa had a solid line of motors in that segment; the 36-50's were stronger than the CM36 motors (sorry to say that here, but it's true), so were a better choice for heavier 10th scales (eg: Slash) or smaller 4WD vehicles (eg: CRT.5). I tried a CM36 4600 motor on 2s and 3s in my CRT.5 and couldn't gear it low enough to keep the motor and ESC cool, whereas the 36-50-3300 stays cool and has noticeably more torque, even geared a little aggressively. Medusa's 36-60mm motors were good for the really light-weight buggies or overpowered 10th scales (or allowed higher gearing for 10th scale speed freaks). In short, that would mean 1506/1509 or 1409 sizes if using Neu ratings.
