Nope.

The BSC014N03 actually works well. The Fairchild part has serious issues.

if this fet are used in the mmpro and they are better than other fet's any chance to put them in the mmm to make it smaller.....

Smaller!!!! I'm willing to send my MMM V1 to get the MOSFETs on them replaced by the NTMFS4933 if Patrick is OK with it . What do you think Patrick? Going by the Continuous Drain Current RJA ≤ 10 s it puts out 52A which would make the MMM (Mine I hope) put out 312A cont. for 10 seconds. Very nice. I'm up for it if Patrick is up for it.
