Need screws for MM esc - 11.09.2009, 02:03 PM

Well after a bash session yesterday i took of my body and seen that the top of my esc was jiggly lol.. well after closer inspection i noticed i lost one of the screws that hold the top of the esc to the case itself.. i dont think a hardware store would have something that small?.. but maybe i never looked.. if someone has a old crapped out esc that has some screws that would be wonderful.. donated or i'll buy them.. i guess.. lol.. spose i should put some locktite on them

No Hobby Shops around there ?
The tiny screws should be able to be found at the LHS or a decent hardware store, may not be a chrome cap screw but a replacement to fasten it down none the less.

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

my LHS is 45 minutes away.. i'd rather not waste the gas for a part that isn't worth the cost in gas..lol... and in this kinda traffic my life is at stake also.. haha.. just tryin to avoid the hobby shop..

Maybe an eye glass frame repair kit thing from wallmart, comes in a tube ? The hole might be striped out anyways. I zipped tied one of mine.

And for reference, dont use locktite on plastic. It will eat through it and just make it worse. Ive got a crapped out MM I might be able to harvest a screw from.
