Well, I would like to charge my 5S 5000mAh LiPo at 2C, so that first one won't be good enough. 21*10 = 210Watt needed. BrianG also said that it makes some losses (efficiency), so it wouldn't be enough to charge my 5S 5000mAh LiPo at 2C.
