32.75mm from outside to outside of 8x16 bearings. About 41mm OD on the adjusting ring, including the slight protrusion of the adjustment screw. :)

Thank you, And with these dimensions I can now say the slipperential will work in my D8 with less than 1.5mm shimming to the carrier bearings and a little mod to the top plate and may need to use the D8T shims under the diff mount. It has now moved to near the top of my "must have" list

The top plate isn't shown, but it looks just like the one on my RC8 conversion(but thicker to capture the bosses on the D8 CD bulks). :)

WOW, very cool stuff Mike! I will definitely want the receiver box and servo mount
