I use one of THESE to keep the motor shaft out of the battery area in my Ve8.

I must say at the first time i saw pics of these buggy i was a little spectical . But i saw one at the track today . All i can say is WOW . I was very impressed with the car . It was probably the fastest e-buggy on the track . If i get another buggy this could be the one i get . The limited battery choices could be a issue thou .
