mmm/2200 combo. I will probably gear it for more than 40mph, as it is going to be a basher/bmx track queen. I like speed haha.

Soo, rcm motor mount with the losi battery tray? Thing about the losi battery tray is it's "only good for up to 5s" lipo. I don't want to have to dink around trying to find longer straps for it.

I would stick to around 40-45 for a long bash session otherwise your going to be looking at temps alot to make sure you don't fry anything.

What batterys are you going to be running? I know I can fit my 6s turnigy 5000mah 30c's in there no problem.

Right now I have two 3s 30c turnigy's, bit of a pain compared to a single 6s but that's the way she goes.

Just my thinking, but a cc 2200 should have no problem toting a fairly light truggy around at over 40mph? The motor in my flux stays COOL all the time, esc gets warm of course but not dangerously.

I more just need a starting point with gearing, I am going to order several pinions but just needed a ballpark guess. Brians calculator is very handy, thanks for the link!
