I don't know of any 2.2 tires that wide, but if you find 'em, I would be happy to get them for you.

imex's truck puller tyres are 3" wide, i've never seen some 4" wide

I dont think they are 4" wide, they are normal 1/10 st sized tires on 2.2 rims.

i have never seen stadium truck tires 4 inches wide and do not no were to start looking for a tire that wide i would say 3" is as close as your going to get
