I'm running 18/50 gearing, but would like to get my slipperential in there - problem is it rubs on the motor plate, even with a load of grinding (with the 48 spur - the 52 won't fit in at all). I'll have to see if Mike could do me a special 50T slipperential spur.

Thanks for the comments on the body, one of the guys at the track I race at jokingly said that my car ran on AAs, so I though 'aha - Duracell, maybe they'll stop picking it up when marshalling thinking it has cut.'

The copper colour was a little hard to find though. It's brushed on (as in hand painted - I don't have enough money, time or talent for an airbrush, but I could always hand-paint well).

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Here are some pics of the battery mounted with the spacers i made to prevent the lipo from sliding in either direction. There is no vecro underneath the lipo & it does not move at all .

Question Strap mod - 01.09.2010, 07:17 PM

I modded one of the velcro straps. This will make it eaiser to get the lipo in & out of the car . Plus i it will be more secure . I have to get another strap to do the other one .
what do you think ?.

You will need it when it comes to the diffs, the screws are very long and get pretty hard to turn.

- Turnigy 3000 4S 30C
- chopped MMM
- Tekno straps

I still have not much run time on it due to the snow over here. Looking forward to spring.
