Revo 3.3 to a Slayer? Worth doing? - 01.10.2010, 04:09 PM

I have a Revo 3.3 that's been sorta set up like a Platinum Edition Revo. I probl won't do anything to it because it's so dialed in. But since I have an ERBE, and have never ever driven a SC veh, I was curious if it would be worth considering converting over to a Slayer? I know many do it, but the thing that concerns me is that I'd have to get a Slayer chassis, or a Revo 2.5 chassis right? You can't use the Revo 3.3 chassis?

Just how many different parts does the Slayer use that's not on the Revo now? And will such a conversion FEEL and drive like the real thing?

I probl won't do it though. My Revo 3.3 is one of my best driving vehicles believe it or not. Whenever I want to show off, it's the one that grab because it's the most responsive and easiest to control in the air. But when the motor goes, I'll likely sell it because I'm trying move away from Nitro.
