I hate the lipo scare bullcrap. The ONLY time they can blow is when being used or charged, and an appropriate charger used appropriately won't allow a battery to blow. When not being used store them next to your weed, the carpet cleaner shouldn't be allowded near your stash.

Geared for track use (35-40 tops) a 1509 should be fine IMO. Definitely better than a feigao.

I keep the green in a lipo sack just in case the lipos burn the house down.

Would the Castle 1512 1800kv be too slow on 4s? How about the castle 1512 2750kv?

good thinking

remember, the lower the kv, the more torque it has. Within reason you can just gear up to compensate for the lower kv. The 2750 on 4s would fly!! If I were to choose one for 4s use I'd go with the 1800kv
