Again, no real measuring, just guess work, but fine tuning the dimensions is the easy part. The little floating disk indicates a threaded portion (for the wheelnut). For some reason eMachine Shop is retarded and won't render threads.
If someone with a very accurate digital caliper could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. I need measurements of the outside of a 8mm axle off a buggy or truggy (I'm sure its probably not a true 8.00mm), measure the outside of a 17mm hub, and if someone knew what threads they were, it would be great.

I think its M16 1.5mm pitch but maybe not...
