I have spent about 20k since I started rc which was in early 07. I have about 6-8k right now, I sold about 5k worth in the last few months. Spent that twice over on guns though, I do not even dare to think what I have in guns/ammo/related...

Alrighty, I just placed my first order to hobbyking. $162 for a pair of 5S 30C 5000mAh Turnigy Lipos. I have a feeling they'll be getting a lot more of my money for batts from now on.

Great price - 02.04.2010, 07:44 PM

Compared to Maxamps for 5S 30C lipos that is an awesome price. What a deal, and from all of the reviews I have seen they run just as well or even better. Thanks for sharing.

I have been running the crap out of my Turnigy packs for two years with zero problems and I always balance charge them at 2c (10amps) Best bang for the buck IMHO!

You guys are all nuts!!

I've only spent $30kAud in the past 25yrs.

3 Helis, 9 cars, 3 boats, 2 planes & a BL bike (yet to be finished) plus all the subsidiaries like 8 BL servos, batteries, conversion kits, simulators, etc.

I guess I'm not as obssessed as I thought.

Although, I do throw money at other things too, Honda Odyssey FL350, home cinema, cars 1:1.

Next BL buggy is a Hot Bodies D4 just for bashing with my mates.
