$10.00 dollar field tuning card - 03.18.2010, 01:49 PM

I recently bought a MMP/6900 combo, and it came w/a coupon for a free castle link wich i already have from my mmm or a tuning card for $10 this is a good deal so i want to take advatage of it. When i type the code # in it says invalid or expired code. Expiration date 08/01/11. I tried w/ cap lock on and off ,dashes, no dashes.Has anyone else had this problem.Hopefully someone from castle will read this.

I used my code with no problems. Still waiting for them to send it out but Thomas said they were expecting them pretty soon. You can always send Castle an email and I'm sure they'll clear it up for you.

We are currently having issues with the codes and expiration dates. Please shoot me at e-mail with your name, shipping information and the code. I can check if we have your CC info on file, and if we do, we'll get you upgraded to a field programmer and just charge the $10.00 to your card. If we don't have it on file, please call in with the credit card number if possible. Sorry for the inconveince, but I'll get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Oh, my e-mail address is thomas (at) castlecreations (dot) com.

BTW, the pros can use a programming card? What features can you tune or can't tune with this card?

And that's we keep doing what we do, we're hobbyists ourselves and just want to see everyone having fun.

The Field Programmer works just fine with the Mamba Max Pro, with any firmware version.

You can change Low voltage cut-off, Auto-LiPo volts per cell, Drag Brake, Brake, Punch Control, Reverse Type, Motor Type and timing (sensorless or CHEAT).

Hope this helps!

Couldn't agree more, the number of people I've recommended Castle to is huge. Happy to do it due to the common sense and genuine customer service. the bitchin' products help too

What with the $10 field card, the trade in for MM to MMP and the way stuff gets repaired and the honest and open answers on here without any corporate BS then I'll continue to support too. Well done Castle!

Although still not got a solution to the MMM using current Firmware, when in use with my KO EX10, tried the suggestion around EPA's and still no joy

Work some magic guys

Time to bring out the whip and get on the engineers. I'll have Pat pull out his stare and give them the evil eye. I'll bring it up in the next tech support/engineering meeting, sometime next week. I know they have a release they are putting together for some endpoint issues for our heli controllers. I'm hoping he can just wrap this up with it; we try not to make too many releases. It's inconvenient for the end user and creates headaches for tech support.

As soon as I have any new info, I'll let you know!
