Try that tracking number on the parcel force website too, and any others you can think of like your countries national postal service- doesnt always give upto date info on the usps site... infact it rarely gives upto date info :(

Dont accept the 'we cant help you' bollocks though- its their job to deliver it, so if they lose it...

Was this an insured parcel- what value of compensation did the seller pick/ speed of service etc?

I would check the usps website and look for info on how long you have to wait before you can make a claim for a lost package, and then proceed from there.
