What about using multiple packs and wire and heat shrink them into the square shape, like using two 4s 2000mah packs side by side wired in a 4s2p configuration. Or four 4s 1000mah packs wired into a 4s4p configuration.
EDIT: Just looked at a Turnigy 4s 1000mah pack, if you put 4 side by side it would be 74mm x 96mm, pretty close to a square shape. |
