rcm kyosho dst conversion - 04.11.2010, 10:07 AM

hi guys

i sent this to mike a while back and he made me up a battery tray and motor mount. i have 2 of these one was a dbx and the other a dst. the dst body works fine but the dbx body is too low for the 4s battery i'm using, a 3s will fit under the buggy body.

i'm only running one now with a neu 1509 1.5y with a mamba max/ccbec. i also used a radio box for a dbx ve on this one.

the other i think i'm going to use a rx8 with a 2650kv buggy motor, i really just want to try out the sensored motor.

also the battery tray i had made is small (140x44), but does have an esc mount. i've been using 4s 5000mah hyperion cx batteries and they fit great.

anyways here are some pics for ya.

Check out the Mamba Max Pro if you are looking to use a sensored motor. Should handle a Tekin buggy motor fine in that size of vehicle.
