Quote:
Testing Turnigy 60C packs now. Weight is only 6% more than a 30C. 10C Chrg, & if discharged @ 20-30C the cycle life will be years long!

Looks like a standard lipoly battery but it isn't! The new turnigy full nano-tech. 10C charging! Coming soon!

Yeah, I doubt it though. Especially with the high amount of puffed cells and the shipping costs and time. None the less they perform great as long as you don't get a bad cell.

i think they mentioned nano-tech. i guess these are going to be LiFe packs. still worth checking out though.

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

might get a set of these just to see how they perform... obviously they wont have the longevity of hyperionns but they could be worth a shot

I wouldn't have thought so the hyperion G3 LiPo cells use a partial nano tech hybrid, nano for the longer cycle life and high charge/discharge C rates and normal to keep the costs reasonable, if someone makes a full nano LiPo, mass manufactured in China to keep the costs down instead of mixing it with old tech it should be happy days for all of us.

Nanotechnology, shortened to "nanotech", is the study of the controlling of matter on an atomic and molecular scale (per Wikipedia). Means nothing about battery type.
