Finally got all of the pieces together! My set-up "was" Castle MMM,Tekin 1700kv untill the smoke from the brand new esc.? Yes i will be contacting castle tommorow.I was forced"DONT BRAKE MY ARM" to install a MMP that i just so happen to have in my 1/16 revo instead of tearing apart my 8ight-t 2.0.My opinion on what TEAM LOSI,and MIKES conversion from one to ten.100% "screw ten".This is deffinetly 1/8 scale performance,at 1/10 scale size.Job well done to all, except CCCCCCCC. I will contact tommorow . S$!t Happens.. love castles controllers but also love tekins wide variety of motors.Very nice conversion. So what are you going to sell me next Mike?

Thanks, you will be impressed. On the track it's better than my 8ight buggy, and bashing is just incredible. The zombie max tires work surprisingly well.

I hope they do a Ten-B, that would be the perfect replacement to their current 1/10th 4wd buggy.

Yeah, the tires do work surprisingly well. Too bad they aren't glued well from the factory. Speaking of which, why do premounts suck anyway? I mean, if you're gonna glue a tire, it only makes sense to do it right.

Anyway, are you going to keep those irritating hubcap thingies on there?

One thing I did that I didn't show in a picture in this thread is to make a new rear toe plate. I didn't like the large toe angle and the way the rear arms swept forward. Making a new rear toe plate reduced the toe, brought the arms back (and aligned the shocks better), and also helped reduce wheelies.

I'll probably leave those on since I won't be removing the tires much. I do want to get those Losi black chrome wheels and 320 eclipes tires but $60.00 for all four is a bit much right now.

I like the toe plate idea, I may attempt to do the same thing.

Received x2 Mike's Ten-T conversion Kit.

Excellent kit - well designed. Got my second Ten-T roller out and started building the truck.

I installed a Lehner 1950 - 5 Motor which at approx 3500KV should be plenty fast on 4S. I could not resist running it on 6S and it was a blast. The MMM did not appear to break into a sweat. The weather here in the UK is pleasant and sunny for a change so it was out first thing in the morning.

The pinion is 19 tooth so there is plenty of torque.

Once again thanks to RCM another Bruhsless 'Monster' is a realilty.

Thanks Mike for all your help.

Seriously I have had so much fun with this truck it is like the first time I played with the brushless e-maxx all those years ago. The truck handles really well. Very nice truck to convert and hope the truck is going to be durable.

Installation almost complete, I would have had it finished last night but ran into a few snags. A few things worth of note:

- The battery strap included with the kit was too short for my application. Following further research on this forum I discovered longer straps are available. My fault. I just ended up buying the Losi straps at my LHS as I didn't want to wait for another order.

- I had a similar issue as IIICJACKIII with sizing of the screws. The original ones removed from the nitro parts were much smaller and a different thread size than the ones needed for Kit (both battery and diff mount) I ended up needing 5 M4 and 1 M3 screws to complete the installation. I figure no problem...so I head off to the LHS for some screws. Well I found out they don't sell screws individually and were only available in a kit at a price of $50.00!. Luckily I had a friend who had a few spares laying around.

Everything else was PERFECT! Thanks Mike and Brian for you assistance with this build. I can't wait to power it up.
