That thread will not be around much longer soon as the mods sniff out MA bashing.
To bad truth hurts ?

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

Are you serious? So MaxAmps operates out of somones house garage? Not that this is totally a mistake, but for the prices that they are charging one would be lead to believe that they have a very nice stand alone shop somewhere. Plus you would think that after being in business for a while that most of the issues of cold solders, and loose connections would have been overcome by now. Fancy packaging will only carry you soo far in business today. It has got to be that ROAR is pushing them as a reputable source for batteries added with their advertising that keeps them going.

I think alot of what keeps them in business is the un-informed public. They see a fancy add in a magazine, tell mom and dad that's what they want, and they get it. No research what so ever is done by that individual. Remember, now days, alot of parents will buy kids anything to shut them up.
