Wow that's really sad. Although linc has an interesting point it's still a child, which are dependant on their parents for survival. Different countries have different social systems different from ours with different rules and customs which may seem strange. But in this day and age everyone knows smoking is bad for your health as an adult much less a small child. Either parents that really don't care that much or a sad attempt for their 15 minutes at the price of possibly seriously harming or killing their child. Seems to be a trend here on television to exploit your children to get rich. Sad really to see mankind spiral out of control and degenerate this way all over again.
