squee, just to not do any damage, maybe you could try 15 cells for now? 12 cells on a 10xl, can you say 45 mins of runtime? ;)
The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

A problem maybe,
when he adds the cell he gets, to the pack he has used for a while then maybe the used pack may have a different charge/disharge rate (from being used), and the new cell you add could be under charged/over charged/over discharged/under discharged during use and charging,
personnally I noticed this when i added some gp3300 to my 12 cell packs, after a charge the new ones I added where still cool, while the rest where hot.
So I would just wait for all 16.

you more likely to fry it on 15 than 12 squee. I not worried. 20 51 is a decent gearing for 12 to. I would not be scared. ;)
Peace!

So you tested it with 12or 15 squee? I figured it up to be about 30 mph on 12.

i have tested 12, 14, and 15. on 14 it lasted for about 2 minutes before another cell went out. so far thats 3. i just want my money back on them. i think on 16 cells or the 6s lipo im gonna get its gonnna be close to 60 mph. it was about 45-50ish with 14 cells. the 10xl is the best way to go in my honest opinion although i have had 1 of my old cells go bad and 3 new ib's:035: :mad:1 :035: :mad:1 :035: :mad:1

yup, 20/51 with stock diffs (the only thing there is for a revo...remember, there isnt any bulkless or anything for the revos...yet!) and its not even warm. STONE cold! i dont think that they recalled all of them i think only the bad ones. he said send them back and he will replace the bad ones. nitro, what part of b.r. do you live in? know of any good bashing spots?

I live inbetween BR and Chocolate city. Theres a small track with races on Sundays in Destrahan. I plan on trying it out this Sunday. Other than that I bash around the house or by the levees.
