I have to agree. Aluminum rims are just for show. Too expensive for bashing with. Besides if you can not get your setup tight enough with the 23mm plastic rims, then using aluminum won't make any difference anyway. You need to work on your wheel holding technique and improve your setup.

last time for the record THE WHEELS ARE NOT LOOSE NOR WERE THEY EVER LOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
