Using the spiral cut diffs like yours, the ring gear will be on the right hand side ( when viewed from above & behind ). If the truck goes backwards after everything is assembled and you programme the esc/radio, just swap 2 of the motor wires around ( 1 & 3, 2 stays in the middle ).
