I am one of those that wanted shipping info right away when my order was placed. I got an email friday stating my shipping info from UPS in the US. I know this is an anxious time for some buyers but I believe Castle will get your orders to you. I think their ordering system is overloaded with small orders. I would say to cut them a little break and expect a 2 week delay on shipping notice. What is your choice, no deal? If they ran out of motors I'm sure they would take the item off the web page.
Castle guys, just a suggestion, I think that any email updates to the buyers that is non auto generated will calm buers down. Most of us just don't know if the order we are placing will actually be in stock once we place it.
I got confirmation my order is on its way. I never got an original invoice. I used the money order method, not sure if it matters, but they must have received my check I sent. Thanks for the clarification on the address.
Now I'm eyeing some of those outrunners. My Trex 500 could use one and my assorted planes too.
I ordered 3 of the 1717s car version. I'll post what actually shows up on Wednesday. Not sure what I am going to do with them yet, but I'll find something.
I don't understand, the 2650 is sensorless. I want to run it 2 cell in 4x4 SC, CM36 line is to small
A 2650 would be kind of slow on 2s anyway wouldn't it?
If you dig up some of the old threads from the early electric conversion guys you can probably find a lot of info about using that esc with 1/8 scale motors.

Well, read up, MMM with 2650 works, some claim faster than the stock vxl in 4x4 slash. I could drop my 2650 in and see how it performs using my MMM esc before buying a new mamba max.
The 2650 actually does surprisingly well on 2s in a Slash 4x4. A few guys at the track run them. The power is huge thus allowing them to gear up for the speed required at the track. Works quite well.
xsmoker- not quite sure why you are going with the MM, its a thing of the past. I would use the MMM or MMP.

The MM is on sale for $75. I have a MMM I can pull out of my truggy for winter, but I don't like moving electronics from vehicle to vehicle. The MMP is a lot more than $75 so I'd thought I go with that as my esc.
