You do realize they were bum rushed with orders and had some complications, they can't make everyone happy all at the same time but I'm sure they're really trying. To bad for you..............
I do have a lot of patient and I dont mind to wait even a month, I have enough motors in my drawer to backup my entire 1/8 brushless fleet.
My only complain is the lack of communication, I gave them my credit card details w/o any kind of feedback for more then 10 days, for that I have no tolerance.

Have you tried calling them? Phone support has always seemed to be the best way to go with castle.
