I did this with a "dead" laptop battery that a freind gave me, and I have salvaged all of the 18650 cells out of it and use them in my various flashlights. Likely the charge circuit crapped out on this pack, or the lvc, so it would not work. Food for thought on yours. Or just make a lipo that can be attached in the vacant area left by the original pack. |
