Well there is the programming card too.
And really what needs to happen is MS just needs to put together a full .NET VM for Mac OS. Silverlight is already about 30% of it. Then there wouldnt be an issue.
You could also try getting a cheap copy of XP and running it in
VirtualBox, etc. Nothing fancy here except for the USB connection so it should work. Or of course use BootCamp.
