Flux HP or 2350? - 12.14.2010, 02:38 PM

So I have been reading all of the posts and getting all excited about buying a Flux but I can't decide which one I want.. You can pickup the 2350 a lot cheaper than a HP version. From what have read they are the same trucks minus the electronics, is this correct? For those of you that have a flux hp would buy the 2350 over your HP if you were buying again?

if you want to only run 4s then get the 2350. If you want to run 4s 5s and 6s then get the HP

Built Ford tough, with Chevy stuff.

if i got another one, or know what i do now, i would get the 2350, 4s is tons and tons of power in this truck, and that keeps it down cheap on the wallet also. i have 3 of the mmpro esc that's used in the 2350 truck and it is a very strong esc also. good buy

I'm fairly sure they are the same truck minus electronics, although I haven't seen a 2350 in person. Honestly, I'd say that if you are looking to keep the truck stock and not extend it to XL length, the 2350 on 4s will probably be enough, but if you are looking to beef it up and extend it or run bigger tires/wheels I'd say go with the normal Flux on 5 or 6s. 6s on the stock Flux wheelbase is just a little too much power IMO, not very controllable. So it really depends on what you want for your truck, you'll probably break less parts on the 2350, but standing back flips on 6s is pretty fun too.
