Well as I said it's good for you to express your opinion and give them feedback, but I don't think you'll make any impact if you keep the negative and sarcastic tone. I think you raised some good points in your letter, but adding in the little jabs like "You have go to be kidding me?!" and "What kind of jokers are you?" doesn't help your cause.
