This is a picture of suncorp stadium. It's a rugby/soccer/football stadium in brisbane and is only about 1km from the Brisbane river. The pic below shows that even in the face of this disaster people can still have a laugh. I found it to be a somewhat uplift compared to seeing people with water above their roofs.

Also the water in the stadium is about 4~5 feet deep.
