I was also thinking about making the bottom screw a flanged bearing supported screw to give it some support down there. I usually give it a good torque down and use some loctite. I'll trying running it some more and see if I get the same result. I only got 3 tests on it before my brand new servo went bad, so I'm waiting on good weather to try again.

Mike is in the process of making a lower flanged bushing (not that the mount needs it). But its peace of mind
