Recently Bought a house in Midland, MI, Who is close to me? - 01.20.2011, 04:06 PM

As the title states: Recently Bought a house in Midland, MI, and would like to know if any members are close to me. Close meaning within 45 minutes or so. Got rid of all my R/C stuff but slowly trying to get more again and if i had any fellow R/Cers close enough this could motivate me to move faster as i dont find it AS fun by myself. I am into all the R/C's so what ever you do is cool with me. I have had planes, helis, boats, land you name it. Maybe once i am settle some of you will be selling some stuff. But for now i am spent so just trying to find people at this point.

Congratulations. - 01.20.2011, 06:59 PM

Congratulations on your new house. Share some info on your new purchase with us. Where did you move from? Sorry I do not live near Mi but traveling around the world I find that there are always people around who want to play. If not you can get people interested just by showing off your own toys at the park or just out on the street in your neighborhood. You just never know what you might be able to drum up on your own with people and their dreams. There are a few guys in here who have started their own local tracks and now have tons of activity with race events. Good luck with your new adventure in Mi.

Respectfully, Jerry Hill Seoul, Korea.

SUPERMAXX YOUR LIFE.

Hey, that's my pickup line, find your own, LOL!!!

Wish I could bash with you, but I'm a bit far away too, Escanaba, MI (where our high school mascot is the eskimo, sadly no joke). You know, that part of MI that might as well be in Canada. We call you guys trolls because you live below the bridge (Mackinac Bridge)

Well the house is a 1050 sq ft with full basement.... It is pretty nice with a 2 car detached garage to work on my toys. Only draw back for R/C is it is in town. How ever that is why brushless is great (less noise) Once i get settled in i will probably just start running my toys and see who has interest.

Well 2hrs 45min is too far to get together all the time but definitely not to bad for a couple times this summer. Once i get some new toys i may have to give you a message so we could get a bash together.
