Do not use slime in a road bike tire, because the stuff never dries untill it hits air. So it will always be sloshing around in your Tire, & that is not good. You can use Mr Tuffy Tire liners instead. They are a thin plastic piece you put between your tire & Tube. The guy riding threw the grass was Lance Armstrong in the 2003 Tour De France. Yes most guys use regular tubes. But some people use Latex tubes. Latex Tubes are more come in tubular rims, were the Tube is sewn in to the tire. Then the Tire is Glued to the rim.

I rode 33 miles yesterday & the place was noting but Hills. All the local cycling clubs Train out there. It was 38 degrees when we starting.

you can use sealant in road tires. It not that it stays liquid, but coats the sides walls.

There are a lot of new Tubeless rims and tires coming out

Speaking of Lance - his winning career was just starting in 1995 when that horrible accident involving Fabio Casartelli forever changed the Motorola team. I'll never forget him winning a stage a few days after & pointing to the sky as he crossed the line...it was also Indurain's last Tour victory & the year I stopped road riding

That was pretty sad what happened to Fabio casartelli. I believe Marco Pantani was hurt as well.

What up guy's ?. Its been a while since i posted here. I have been riding a lot. I ride on average 150 + miles a week. I have been riding with the A group on our Saturday rides, 22- 24 mph + average & with a local Team during the week, even faster speeds . I found out during my middle of the week rides. The guys I"m riding with race in the CAT5 Masters class. So needless to say i get Dropped fairly easily . But that is the only way i am going to get faster. I also just bout some Shimano Carbon fiber cycling shoes http://www.shimano.com/publish/conte...0G.-type-.html & some new Look http://www.lookcycle.com/en/us/route...keo-2-max.html White clipless peadals for my Madone. I ordered this as well, http://www.fullspeedahead.com/produc...K-Wing-Compact It moves the computer from the stem or your handle bars. To in FR of the stem. So when your in your drops or Aero Position, you can see your Computer easier

Just the soles are Carbon fiber. It makes the shoes really stiff. So all the energy from your pedaling goes to the cranks. thats a big no on the Vodka . Im a sissy & will just use water .

I tried bull horns on my fixie & did not like them. I switched to Road bars with brake hoods . Which is kind of like bull horns but different. . Once you try clipless pedals. You will not go back to regular pedals.

The radio reception on it is rubbish but mp3 sound is good. I haven't made a call on the bluetooth yet. Hope it will be ok.

I was a bit surprised when Dad said he wanted a look at it, but then he get's a few calls when he riding.
