hey can anyone help me out with the gearing i should be using . i have a new fieago 9l with a schulze speedy running 12 cells. just want to know the optimum gearing as to avoid overheating. ta

i would start with about a 14 tooth pinion.

Hey Bazz,
To answer your question, one would need to know what vehicle you are running and what the current gearing setup is? Then we could recommend spur/pinion sizes and/or ratio's.

Yes, starscream is correct. I was just assuming you were running a maxx with the stock size spur, but if I remember correctly you have a maxx.
