You could use the dremel to cut slots in the screw head and use a flat head screwdriver if you think it's going to strip.

It took you 20mins!? I would have lost interest by then.


If I'm doing a lot of cutting with the dremel I will often use a 4" grinder to do the bulk of the work. Along with that - a file and sandpaper. Tappers for threading and rethreading holes. Calipers.
