28 size 4 pole motors?

The 16/15/2 and 3 are there most popular motors and they have lots of dealers in the US that will have those in stock NSP are a shop I trust and they have them at $105
but while I like to support the designers not cloners, the HET edf-2w and 3w are only $50 and though i do have a whole bunch of mega motors of all sizes including the 16/15/2 and 3, nowdays money is tight and I buy HET if the size and KV I'm after is available.
The 39mm typhoon motors were the first Nue clones to come out and I hear there USofA made not Chinese, but I dont have any of the larger HETs to tell you what there like.

A bit off-topic here, but when is the last time you ordered from NSP? I sent them an email a few days ago and have not heard back yet. Their website has had no updates since 2007....and the copyright ran out in 2003. Are they still in business?

It was quite a while ago, I stopped buying planes and started the move back to boats in '05.
