i heard that 180 is as hot as you really want to go...

i used to peak at 160 and i usually stick to that. But i hear people hitting 200 without problems, but life of the motor is reduced...

ill be running 10/47 on the savage. That is geared for 48mph on 6s and 73mph on 9s. Should be interesting. i have a roll out of 1.45:1 which isnt too bad. it all depends on the final weight of my truck. I dont want to be more than 20lbs hopefully!

Hey Jah, that sounds good man... I'll be mounting a fan on it soon to have some air flowing around it a little better... Needless to say i feel a lot better with your reply...
